Två dagar efter disputationen började jag mitt arbete som pedagogisk utvecklare vid Umeå universitets motsvarighet till PIL. Tomas Grysell är fil.dr. i pedagogik och universitetspedagogisk utvecklare, med akademisk bakgrund inom beteendevetenskapen. Tomas påbörjade sin nuvarande yrkesinriktning vid Umeå universitet 2002, som universitetslektor.
